About Me

It can be hard to feel like others really understand your story. My goal is to empower you to feel in control of your own narrative. I use a combination of narrative, feminist, psychodynamic, and interpersonal therapies to explore your inner world, your sociocultural context, and your personal relationships. These all have an influence on where we start, but we can work on where you want to be going. If you feel like this is the sort of collaborative exploration you're seeking, reach out and we can do a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit!

Ultimately, therapy should be a space where you’re comfortable to express things you may not be comfortable doing so with someone else. The ability to tell your story without judgment and receive compassion and understanding is something everyone deserves and I hope to provide.

Therapeutic Approach

It makes sense that to connect with someone, you may want to know more about who they actually are! I enjoy reading, cycling through various crafting projects, baking (results vary), and going on long walks. I don’t try to be a blank slate therapist and I try to incorporate some of my humor and personal style alongside my therapeutic one. I also have two cats who might make occasional therapy appearances from time-to-time!
